What LandTheYes collects

LandTheYes stores the account information you provide, resumes, career preferences, job descriptions, application materials, application-tracking details, product-usage records, and beta feedback. Uploaded resume files are stored privately and are associated with your account.

How the information is used

The information is used to search for relevant roles, evaluate job fit, create source-grounded application materials, support optional application autofill, save your work, enforce beta usage limits, and improve the product. LandTheYes does not sell your personal information.

Services that process information

LandTheYes uses Vercel to host the application and Supabase for authentication, database storage, and private file storage. Resume text and job descriptions are sent to OpenAI when you request scoring or tailoring. Job-search terms and locations are sent to the job-search provider when you run a live search. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and local storage

LandTheYes uses essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in and local browser storage to remember your theme. The browser extension stores its connection key, selected document, and recent autofill status in Chrome storage on your device. The private beta does not use advertising cookies.

Browser extension

When you choose to fill an application, the LandTheYes extension reads the form labels and fields on the selected employer application page so it can match them with the profile and documents you selected. It retrieves those details from LandTheYes over an encrypted connection and places them into supported fields for your review. Employer-page contents and completed form answers stay in your browser and are not sent back to LandTheYes. The extension does not use this information for advertising and never clicks the final Submit button.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your beta account is active so you can return to saved work. You can delete individual resumes inside the product. To request deletion of your account and associated beta data, email shahradzomorrodi@gmail.com.

Security and beta status

LandTheYes uses account-level access controls and private storage for resume files. If you create an autofill access key, the browser extension can retrieve the information needed for supported application forms until the key is revoked or expires after 90 days. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This product is an early private beta, and this policy may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

LandTheYes's use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
